I sure you already know what foods to eat to look good. And that some exercise each day gets the metabolism going. The problem is, having the motivation and will power to change your habits, isn't it? If that is the case - I'm your woman! Here's how I can help.... 1. So tiny changes every day, make a big impact over a period of time. Please note I don't deal with food and diets - I'm sure you already know what to eat.
