Menopause is a transition of mind, body and spirit which takes a long time. Women have described this to me as "I've been pulled out of the ground and replanted in an unfamiliar place". It's confronting and not for the faint-hearted.
Getting through it is tough... mood swings, increased sensitivity to the environment, conflict with family, hot flushes, inability to cope, no energy are just some of the symptoms we deal with. This programme helps you to get through the difficult times, maintain healthy relationships and keep your sanity! Here is how it works... |
1. Personal sessions: You will see me either face to face or on zoom
2. On-line course: The online course will teach you .... and also you can upload your hypnosis sessions from this platform.
You will learn:
What is menopause and what happens to your body through this time of change.
How to deal with the emotions and mood swings so that you and your family stay sane!
What to do about the high stress levels of menopause that put you into fight, flight and freeze.
Gentle ways to soothe, nurture and support yourself.
How to explain menopause to your partner and help them support you and your changing needs.

Price of a hypnotherapy session: I charge $80 per hour and most sessions are one and a half to two hours long. Most sessions require you to practice the techniques given to you and also to use the hypnotic recordings to support the changes you wish to make. Changes usually require 4-6 sessions apart from Quit Smoking and Fear of Flying.
