
Thank you for downloading this meditation/visualisation. It was inspired by Abraham Hicks - her talk on The Easiest Way to Gain Momentum.
Please do not use it while you are driving or a physical activity. It is best done first thing in the morning while you are still in bed. Remember to bring in as must positive feeling as you can while you do this. Eventually you will be able to do this "pep talk" any time, any where.
