Becoming Supernatural Study Group - working with your energy centres

Each one of our energy centres (Chakras) are an individual centre of information.  Through each one, energy flows to assist the health of the organs connected to it, plus holding our values and beliefs, and purpose in life.    Think of each like  'mini brains' with their own set of directives !   

At times these brains get out of sync and don't function to their optimum.  This affects our health, our thinking patterns, emotions and the way we operate in the world.   

For example, if the solar plexus chakra is out of sync it affects the digestive system. Stress and anxiety grow and a person can be on 'high alert'.  Their self esteem may drop or they might become controlling.  They might also find it difficult to perceive and discern what is going on in their environment and struggle to make healthy decisions.
THE COURSE
This course runs alongside the work of Dr Joe Dispenza and his book Becoming Supernatural.   You will learn about each energy centre, and how to align and balance them.   It is an experiential course where we will work with Dr Joe's Blessings of the Energy Centres Meditations.    

The course will be held on Thursday nights 6.45 - 8.30 pm from the   (dates to be advised)              for 6 weeks at (venue to be advised) Nelson.   You can attend  either online via zoom link, or you can come to my house.   There is an on-line component to the course as well, which you can do in your own time. 

The course fee is $120.
