My chi kung teacher Gabrielle is running a Chi Kung retreat in Brightwater, near Nelson.  I
have done many of her retreats and they are quite amazing.    Its a time to relax, it cleans out your body and emotional system, it helps you become quiet and all the time you are gently exercising the body.  
These ancient practices help us transform negative emotions, free up our body and give us more vitality.  You can do the whole retreat or parts of it.
Tao Qigong: 2 -3 November 2012 Fri 8pm - Sat  5pm.  Learn how to circulate Qi (life force) in your body (The Cosmic Orbit), plus   Qigong postures to correct and maintain good structures - in your body, mind and emotions. Through the exercises we will increase health and expand nourishing life force, reaching each body cell to effect rapid change.

Fusion of the 5 Elements I, II & III 3 - 9 November 2012 Saturday 7.30pm - Fri 6pm The Inner Alchemy (Fusion I, II & III) is the heart of this retreat in part-time silence. 

Tao of Healing Love 10 - 11 November 2012 Saturday 10am - Sun 3.30pm
Through a series of gentle exercises, meditations and visualizations you can learn how to connect loving energy with your sexuality.  They are positive, powerful tools that can support deepening love in our heart and for couples deepening their love to each other.
