* tone the pelvic floor muscles with lower abdominal and pelvic floor exercises * what is the menstrual cycle?: what are hormones and how to balance female hormones * how to cultivate and connect with your natural inner beauty * what is meditation?: guided meditation and relaxation techniques This course is fun and the exercises are easy to do.

The Chi Kung exercises are quite different, but amazingly revitalising and energising. I would urge any woman wishing to enhance her own welbeing to come along with an open mind and experience Elayne's gentle teaching and guidance. Gina.
