Nurture yourself as a woman. This is an informative and experiential women's health course in which we explores the question: What is wellbeing? Each week there will be a short talk on an aspect of women's health and wellbeing followed by gentle exercises, visualisations and meditations all related to good health: * how to massage the neck and shoulders * what is self love?: how empower yourself and cultivate self love on a practical level * what are emotions?: ways to transform our emotions and feelings * breast awareness: how to care for our breasts * simple methods that improve sleep patterns and take you into a deep sleep
* tone the pelvic floor muscles with lower abdominal and pelvic floor exercises * what is the menstrual cycle?: what are hormones and how to balance female hormones * how to cultivate and connect with your natural inner beauty * what is meditation?: guided meditation and relaxation techniques This course is fun and the exercises are easy to do.
