I sure you already know what foods to eat to look good. And that some exercise each day gets the metabolism going. The problem is, having the motivation and will power to change your habits, isn't it? If that is the case - I'm your woman! Here's how I can help....
My name is Elayne and I'm a professional hypnotherapist based in Nelson.
1. I have made some wonderful hypnotherapy recordings to help you with different weight loss issues, which I want to share with you via zoom just before you go to sleep at night. Join me for about half an hour at 9 p.m. Monday, Tues and Wed nights to re-programme your mind so you can lose weight. When you go to sleep, the recordings will continue working with you throughout the night. The zoom recordings start on Monday 12th October and every week (Mon-Wed 9 p.m.) for a month. There is no fee - I just ask for a donation.
2. If you really like the recordings, you can download them from my on-line course for weight loss, which costs $47. There are lots of other tips in this course for achieving a healthy weight and feeling great.
There is one BUT! To have a healthy weight, you do need to help yourself as well. Here's how....
1. Listen to the recordings Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights
2. Follow the inspirations that come to you each day. This means taking small actions such as: a little exercise and choosing to eat healthy food.
If you always did what you always did, you will always get what you always got. So tiny changes every day, make a big impact over a period of time.
Please note I don't deal with food - I'm sure you already know what to eat. If you don't know, or want support, then I suggest you look at doing Weightwatchers or something similar, at the same time as this course.
