1.   Personal sessions:  You will see me either face to face or on zoom

2.  On-line course:  The online course will teach you how to re-connect with yourself and also you can upload your hypnosis sessions from this platform.

Price of a hypnotherapy session:   I charge $80 per hour and most sessions are one and a half to two hours long.     Most sessions require you to practice the techniques given to you and also to use the hypnotic recordings to support the changes you wish to make.     Changes usually require 4-6 sessions apart from Quit Smoking and Fear of Flying.    ​
