Care for your Back Course - Get Relief from Back Pain
This is an ongoing weekly class which helps the flexibility and health of your back. Its based on Tao Yin Yoga but please don't be fooled by the name. These gentle exercises help to strengthen the bones, increase flexibility and promote good health. There is a 10 minute guided meditation at the end of the class (some people may leave to go to work at this point).
