If you want to be free of back pain without having to do a hard workout at the gym, then this weekly class is for you! Elayne is an experienced teacher and massage therapist who has intimate knowledge of back issues. These classes are designed specifically for people who do repetitive activities, for example computer input or even gardening.

These classes are a combination of yoga, stretches for the back, Chi Kung, breathing and relaxation techniques. They focus on stretching your back, opening the joints and keeping your spine healthy and supple. Elayne uses a chinese style of yoga called Tao Yin Yoga which has an emphasis on the back, neck and shoulders, chi kung for energy and vitality, and breathing relaxation.
Elayne has a relaxed and easy teaching style which gently lures and guides you. It helps you to better understand yourself, to take care of you and your own well being.
The Chi Kung exercises are quite different, but amazingly revitalising and energising. I would urge any person wishing to enhance their own wellbeing to come along with an open mind and experience Elayne's gentle teaching and guidance. GS
